We are Looking for:
The Procurement Lead’s primary focus will be to manage all Procurement team members in supporting production needs, and coordinating with stakeholders, producers, talent, creatives, and project managers. We’re looking for someone with a passion for organization and systems thinking, who has natural leadership abilities. Your skills will be applied to create live-streaming content for online platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ordering/processing a high volume of procurement requisitions for products.
- Communicating directly with talent teams and internal departments.
- Ensuring all tracking processes and workflow are optimized for production needs, developing new workflows as needed to maximize efficiencies.
- Management of other Procurement team members.
- Maintaining all documentation, processes and workflow.
- Tracking and updating the project team on the status of procurements.
- Maintain an inventory of all items in stock and storage at NYC studio at all times.
- Facilitate product returns and donations, working directly with Amazon’s external donation partners.
- Communicate day-to-day responsibilities and priorities to inventory associates.
- Execute hands-on unboxing, assembly, and testing of product.
- Assist the art department with product demos/setups on the floor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-4 years of directly related experience
- Ability to manage multiple activities, resources, and task priorities.
- Demonstrates self-motivation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range for this position $88,000-$98,000.
